Posted: Oct 12, 2026

Original job description

You've Built a Great Personal Lines Business. What's Your Next Chapter?

Many successful brokers eventually reach a ceiling in home and auto insurance and want to move into commercial insurance.

The challenge is that commercial insurance isn't something you simply pick up by reading a policy wordings manual or attending a webinar. It requires learning how to understand businesses, identify exposures, present risks to underwriters, negotiate coverage, and become a trusted advisor to business owners.

Unfortunately, many brokerages expect producers to figure that out on their own.

At Fortiva Insurance, you won't be expected to figure it out alone. With more than 17 years of experience, I provide direct mentorship to help you:

✓ Identify commercial opportunities

✓ Meet confidently with business owners

✓ Build stronger submissions

✓ Negotiate coverage and pricing

✓ Grow a profitable commercial book

This opportunity is ideal for experienced personal lines brokers who are ambitious, coachable, and ready to become commercial insurance advisors.

Fortiva offers access to more than 50 markets, strong operational support, and a collaborative team environment.

If you're ready for your next stage of growth, message me directly or email info@fortivainsurance.ca for a confidential conversation.
